Steps Taken Booking wanted 2 sets of TM collar implants and 2 sets of ZSS stem implants, assigned my set, when Z/C assigned their set is knocked my assignment out so can only assign either my loaner set or Z/C loaner set not both...even though I wanted to send 2 sets of the same thing.
Expected Result assign both mine and Z/C set
Actual Result Couldn't assign both sets

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Assigned user cleared.
It looks like the Zimmer Canada interface does not distinguish between the requested set and the not requested set when they are for the same Kit. So ZC just picked the first one and assigned it, which happened to be the one that you did not click on to request.
You can still assign you Set to the unassigned (but ZC requested) set, just remove the Zimmer Canada request, then assign your own.
I'll update the Zimmer Canada interface to expose that extra piece of information for them so there is not confusion in the future.
