Steps Taken See procedure 201404192 with notes in both instruments and Implants

Expected Result That the note will show when printing the procedure

Actual Result both notes do no show

    • State changed from “new” to “invalid”
    • Assigned user cleared.

    The 3 Notes fields are added to the PDF Notification, but are excluded from the PDF Package.

    This is by design as notes are there to shaer information internally, and some notes are added that should not be seen by Hospital staff.
