Steps Taken I tried to send a PDF notification to myself.
Expected Result I should receive the notification by e-mail.
Actual Result I did not receive it, but other people to whom I sent it received it.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Assigned user cleared.
The address was blocked after refusing to accept email deliveries for too long
