Steps Taken Like usual process of printing pdf package for the sets that are going out today , noticed that pictures of the instruments sets do not have their respective names when printed on the paper

Expected Result a clear readable name of the instrument set above the picture

Actual Result The names of the instruments sets are appearing very tiny and is not readable so hospital staff will not be able to identify and match the trays with the names and paper work .

    • Assigned user cleared.

    The pdf images had not had the fonts moved over with the rest of the pdf component.

    Hotfix deployed 2014-03-27 12:30
