Steps Taken Saving shipping information (waybill# , no of pieces)

Expected Result For procedures that are booked from our Account allows me to save the shipping information like Way Bill# , no of pieces and the cost. if i am supplying any set to other distributorship it will not let me save the Way bill# , i can send a confirmation to other office that the stuff has been shipped but without way bill#

Actual Result Purchasing and shipping screen goes blank after clicking on Save WAYBILL . it only does it for the procedures that are booked from other distributorships account .
