Steps Taken checked in an implant set,
confirmed correct usage, hit replenish button and the implant that
was used is now not available to replenish. No check box there
Expected Result a check box for replenishment
and add that implant back in to the kit
Actual Result no check box available and no way
to add the implant back to the set
