Steps Taken Assigned 1 set from ZBW, and requested the second of the same set from ZBC.
Expected Result ZBC's assignment to fill the requested set, and leave the other set as a ZBW assignment.
Actual Result I need 2 of the same sets. I request 1 set from ZBC and assign the other set from ZBW loaner bank. When ZBC assigns their set, it replaces my ZBW assignment and shows the other set as still 'requested from ZB Canada'
