Steps Taken Tried to check in Skin Graft Mesher sertial 03789 on procedure 201506247. The mesher was not showing on the procedure, it looked like it was removed or dropped but was still showing as checked out. I reassigned the mesher and then checked it in.

Expected Result Was expecting the mesher to show as being checked in

Actual Result Mesher still shows as being checked out

    There were a few issues with OSP booking sheets being edited incorrectly, which broke a lot of the existing Procedures. These have now been fixed and editing instructions sent out.
