Procedure page not opening

Hi,
Procedure page on Opskwan is not being displayed . cannot access
Procedures from Dashboard , Logistics or any other links . i can
see the procedures of other office from Dashboard but not the ones
created from http://zone.opskwan.com .
Cannot access http://zone.opskwan-staging.com/ site .
