Steps Taken deploying a new implant set under Kit Manager | Implants > KNEES

Expected Result upon scanning implants Barcode , it should populate LOT# / expiry date & box qty.

Actual Result upon scanning only LOT#s are being populated and after clicking on save the page does not reload and gives an error message " Not Found

Error: The requested address '/kit_manager/replenish_lots' was not found on this server. "
