Steps Taken Opening Dashboard for January 2016. Biologics procedures show case booking on Jan 7th with note "Surgeon Deleted". Entering the booking details show Surgeon field filled correctly with "Dr. Latham".
Expected Result The Dashboard should show Dr. Latham and NOT "Surgeon Deleted"
